Bilan / Assessment
Ces trois jours de symposium ont été particulièrement intéressants
: communications orales et posters d'une haute valeur scientifique
(dont la restitution sous forme d'Actes est prévue dans les
Cahiers scientifiques du Muséum, Lyon) et l'étude de plusieurs
groupes de la collection PICKA est lancée.
Les participants ont particulièrement apprécié l'accueil
qui leur a été réservé à l'Hôtel du Département et ont été
impressionné par la beauté des lieux. Ils ont également pu
constater les très bonnes conditions de conservation et d'étude
des collections que leur offrait le CCEC.
Parmi les premières retombées de ce symposium, il est a noter
l'enrichissement de notre patrimoine scientifique : Monsieur
Julio FERRER (Attaché au Muséum de Stockholm, Suède) vient
de déposer au CCEC les types d'une nouvelle espèce de Tenebrionidae
dont il était question dans sa communication orale.
Assessment
These three days of symposium were particularly interesting:
oral communications and posters of a high scientific value
(the restitution of which in form of Acts is envisaged in
the "Cahiers scientifiques" of the Natural history Museum,
Lyon) and the study of several groups of the PICKA's collection
has began.
The participants appreciated particularly the reception which
was reserved to them at the Hotel of the Department and were
impressed by the beauty of the places. They also could note
the very good conditions of conservation and study of the
collections that the CCEC offered to them.
Among the first repercussions of this symposium, it's has
to note the enrichment of our scientific inheritance: Mr Julio
FERRER (scientific attaché at Natural history museum of Stockholm,
Sweden) has just deposited to the CCEC the types of a new
species of Tenebrionidae in question in his oral communication.
